• SF 116: A bill for an act relating to insurance coverage for prescription drugs used in the treatment of metastatic cancer and associated conditions: This bill prohibits the use of step therapy protocols on medications for patients with stage IV metastatic cancer.
• SF 178: Non-Medical Switching: This bill prohibits health plans from excluding coverage for a drug for any enrollee who is:  Already stable on that drug, who has been receiving the drug as a covered benefit within the previous 6 months; and the enrollee continues to be covered by the plan
